Our Policy

Memberships automatically renew. For annual memberships, your credit card will be charged when you join and then each year until you cancel. For monthly memberships, your credit card will be charged now and then each month until you cancel.

Memberships can be canceled at any time by accessing your Account Details page or contacting customer support. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.

This website gives you access to the past 30 days of radio shows for listening, downloading or purchasing. If a show you are looking for is older than 30 days, you may purchase it at the Dennis Prager Store.

Podcasting

There are many options for podcasting, but here are a few:

Subscribe through iTunes

If you have iTunes (free to download here), you can use it to subscribe to the podcast. As many shows as you’d like from that podcast can be automatically downloaded to your computer (and to your iPod/iPhone, when you connect it). To do this, go to the Podcasting page and either click on the ‘Add To iTunes’ button, or simply select the ‘Subscribe to Podcast’ option from the ‘Advanced’ menu in iTunes, and enter the URL from the . After it is loaded you can adjust the settings (how many download, how often, how long they are kept, etc.) to your liking.

Download MP3 files

The radio show is also available as individual MP3 files (on the front page and archive pages) which you can download to your computer and listen on your media player of choice. You can also add these files to portable music players and phones with music capability just like you would add any other music file.

Use a RSS Reader

You can also use a RSS reader that allows feeds with audio attached to them. Most of the newer RSS readers have this capability. Just paste the feed from the Podcasting page into your reader and you are all set.

Upgrade

You may upgrade your account from a monthly membership to an annual one if you desire. To upgrade, you must go into your Account Details page, select the Payment History tab and stop the automatic renewal of your current membership by clicking cancel. Once the subscription has expired, you can go back into your Account Details, select the Membership tab and renew with the new membership.

Go into your Account Details page, select the Payment History tab and stop the automatic renewal of your membership by clicking cancel. Your account will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription. Once your credit card has been charged, there are no refunds.

Canceling

Choosing to cancel your membership means that you will prevent it from automatically renewing. If you select cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription. Once your credit card has been charged, there are no refunds. To cancel, visit the Account Details page once logged in to the site and select the Payment History tab.

Stop Auto-Renewal

Go into your Account Details page, click on the Payment History tab and stop the automatic renewal of your current membership by selecting cancel. Your account will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription. Once your credit card has been charged, there are no refunds.

Upgrade

Change to Annual Membership (and save): If you have a membership that renews monthly and would like one that renews annually, please go to your account details and cancel the recurring billing on the Your Payment Hisotry tab for your Pragertoipa Monthly membership. Then, once your account has expired, please return to account details and select the Membership tab to select the annual membership. If you have any questions please contact support.

No Membership Options

If you have updated your credit card information and there are no options for renewing displayed, it means that you currently have an active subscription. Wait until your subscription expires (usually within a few days of getting a rebill failure email) and then go to your Account Details page and select the Membership tab to renew. Once the account is expired the membership options should be displayed.

Lost Login Info

If you cannot remember your password please use the lost password feature on the login page. If you don’t remember both your username and password, please email support@pragertopia.com with your name and last 4 digits of your credit card.

Loading Podcasts

First try clicking on the ‘Add To iTunes’ button and see if it automatically loads the podcasts into your iTunes. If not, read below.

To manually load podcasts into your iTunes, do the following:
1. Open iTunes.
2. Go to Podcasts (left side).
3. Go to Advanced (top bar), select Subscribe to Podcast and paste the complete link that is on the Podcasting page of the site into the box where it says URL (or you can just go to the podcasting page and click Add to iTunes).
4. Click OK
5. You should now see the podcast in your iTunes.

After you have done that, go into the podcast settings (at the bottom) and change it so that it will automatically check for new shows everyday. You can also uncheck the default settings button and customize how many episodes are kept in iTunes.

Updating Podcasts

Sometimes if you haven’t upgraded your iTunes in a while, or because of some other issue, your podcast will stop updating. If this happens, try refreshing the podcast in iTunes. If that doesn’t work, delete the podcast and re-load it by doing the following:
1. Open iTunes.
2. Go to Podcasts (left side).
3. Go to Advanced (top bar), select Subscribe to Podcast and paste the complete link that is on the Podcasting page of the site into the box where it says URL (or you can just go to the podcasting page and click Add to iTunes).
4. Click OK
5. You should now see the podcast in your iTunes.

After you have done that, go into the podcast settings (at the bottom) and change it so that it will automatically check for new shows everyday. You can also uncheck the default settings button and customize how many episodes are kept in iTunes.

Getting All Three Hours

Open iTunes, go to Podcasts, find the podcast, click the right-pointing-arrow just to the left. Once you do so, you will see how to get the other shows each day. In iTunes you can also go to Podcasts and at the bottom of the screen you will then see Settings… You can adjust your podcast setting here.

Un-Cancel Membership

Currently there is no way to un-cancel a membership. If you would like to still have a subscription after selecting to cancel, just wait for your current subscription to expire and then go to your Account Details page and select the Membership tab to renew.
