Prager H3: The Streets of Tehran

Prager H3: Yesterday, CNN’s Farid Zakaria interviewed a spokesman for the Iranian regime on his Sunday talk show. Dennis analyzes their exchange. Bill Maher made a fool out of himself on his own show as he described his funhouse version of Republicans, health care reform and race issues.

Prager H2: Read the Bill

Prager H2: Dennis talks to California Congressman from the 26th District, David Dreier. Does anyone read these massive 1000+ page bills like Health Care Overhaul and Cap and Trade? . Is the Gates/Sgt. Crowley incident really about race? Or is it about a citizen not showing due deference to a policeman investigating a possible robbery?

Prager H1: Optimism and Pessimism

Prager H1: Does all the bad news coming out Washington and talk radio’s depiction of it get you down? Dennis sees many reasons for optimism. Furthermore, there’s never been a more important time to fight for American values. And we’re winning some key battles. Stopping the “post-officing” of health care is a perfect example.

Prager H3: Open Lines

Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: why didn’t God reveal himself to others before he revealed himself to the Jews; why did President Obama insert himself into the Gates case; if Dennis could change one thing in history what would it be; did Dennis buy his mother a Dux bed; why did President Obama accuse doctors of ordering unnecessary surgeries.

Prager H1: Who Acted Stupidly?

Prager H1: Was it Professor Gates for giving the officer a hard time, was it Sergeant Crowley for not backing down, or was it President Obama for inserting himself into the case? Does this controversy say anything about race relations in America? Dennis sees a significance that transcends the details.

H3: Max Prager, Part 14

Prager H3: For the 14th year in a row, Dennis interviews his dad, Max Prager, on the week of his birthday. This year Max is 91.

Prager H2: Why Did Obama Comment on Gates Case?

Prager H2: At the end of his press conference, the president ommented on the arrest of Harvard professor, Henry Gates who happens to be black. The President started out by saying he didn’t know the facts and then made a judgment, saying the cops acted “stupidly”… Dennis talks to Stuart Butler, VP of Economic Policy Studies for the Heritage Foundation, about the economic viability of government run health care… Moderates are concerned that the President is running the country as a Leftist.

Prager H1: Free Lunch

Prager H1: President Obama held a press conference yesterday to promote his remaking of American health care. He promised that we would all get better care for less money and that we could do it by enhancing “efficiencies” in the current system and taxing some rich people. Is there anyone anywhere who believes that? Yes, they’re called liberals.

Prager H3: Do You Know Who I Am?

Prager H3: A prominent black Harvard professor, Henry Gates, Jr. charges racism after being arrested by police outside his rented home. A neighbor had called the police because it looked like someone was breaking into Gates’ house. Is this really racism? Or is Gates playing the race card to cover his mistreatment of the officers?.. Hugo Chavez is tightening his strangle hold on the Venezuela’s media. Now he’s proposing to take over the nation’s radio stations… How private will private care be under ObamaCare?

Prager H1: Dennis at CUFI

Prager H1: CUFI is the acronym for Christians United for Israel. 4000 people were in Washington to attend the organization’s annual convention. Dennis was the keynote speaker and very moved by the honor… What is the US policy toward Honduras? We seem to pressuring the Honduran government to embrace the would-be dictator that they legally expelled, but, then again, we haven’t pulled our ambassador… The President keeps saying he won’t sign a bill that keeps you from choosing your own doctor, but admits that he hasn’t read the provision in the bill that prevents you from doing just that.
