Prager H1: The head of the VA, Eric Shinseki, resigned this morning. Why is the VA so poorly run? Is it because it’s full of bad people? Of course not. It’s because giant federal bureaucracies are always poorly run… The President’s big foreign policy speech at West Point this week was full of his usual Straw Man attacks.
