Prager H1: The IS human butcher, Jihadi John, turns out to be a college educated Brit from a prosperous family… John Kerry says the world is safer than it was during World War II, so we shouldn’t be worried… The idea that Kerry, Susan Rice and Barack Obama are guiding US foreign policy doesn’t inspire confidence, to put it mildly.
