Prager H1: Dennis returns to the microphone after a week lecturing in Australia. He discusses two notable deaths that occurred while he was gone – Andrew Breitbart and James Q. Wilson… Rush Limbaugh made a mistake in how he described a Georgetown law student, but the double standard deployed against conservatives who make intemperate remarks and liberals who do is glaring, to say the least…
Prager H3: Charlie Sykes fills in for Dennis. Cardinal Timothy Dolan sent a letter on Friday to all the Catholic bishops of the United States stating the Catholic Church will fight President Obama’s healthcare mandate that the church pay for contraceptives. Rather than cover this development, the media ran wild with Rush’s insensitive comments. Also, the Journal of Medical Ethics says newborn babies are not “actual persons” and do not have a “moral right to life”. The ethicists also argue that parents should be able to have their baby killed if it turns out to be disabled when it is born.
Prager H2: Charlie Sykes fills in for Dennis. Entitlements used to be coupled with a work component, but due to the explosion of welfare in the 60’s, government assistance has become a vehicle to appease the masses. The left wing media has pounced all over Rush Limbaugh for his contraception remarks but no one on the left is being held to the fire for their hate-filled comments about the passing of Andrew Breitbart.
Prager H1: Charlie Sykes fills in for Dennis. Charlie points out that last year there were more people working for the government than in the manufacturing sector, we have become a nation of takers rather than makers. Callers weigh in.
Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Taken from some of the best calls of 2011.
Prager H2: Dennis talks to Dr. Stephen Marmer, member of the clinical faculty of the UCLA Medical School and a psychiatrist in private practice in Brentwood, CA, about whether we can rid ourselves of our demons or just hope to control them? A Best of Prager Hour. Originally broadcast on July 25, 2008.
Prager H1: Dennis talks to Andrew Breitbart, conservative Internet media activist and entrepreneur, about his new autobiography, Righteous Indignation: Excuse Me While I Save the World! A Best of Prager Hour. Originally broadcast on June 2, 2011.
Prager H3: Mark Isler fills in for Dennis. Ann Coulter joins the panel to shares her sentiments on the passing of Breitbart. Topics discussed include why there isn’t more support for Mitt Romney in the GOP, who is the establishment now, and why are people so bothered by Mitt Romney’s flip flopping when the result is a more conservative position?
Prager H2: Mark Isler fills in for Dennis. Rabbi Daniel Lapin talks about why more Jews aren’t conservative. In studio are Ed Ames, Clint Howard, and Morgan Brittany to talk about being conservative or religious in Hollywood. Does Mitt Romney face unwarranted opposition because he’s Mormon?
