Prager H1: Hillary Clinton called the dictator of Syria, the murderous physician, Bashar Assad, a “reformer.” We have a very confused foreign policy. We have become a nation of takers, more and more Americans dependent on government for jobs. Can a middle-class family afford to go to a major league baseball game?
Prager H2: The Titanic sank because all the water-tight compartments were damaged and filled with water. If one or two had not been breached, the ship would have stayed afloat. Prager H1: Two top Libyan officials have deserted Kaddafi’s sinking ship. Dennis has ambivalence about arming the Libyan rebels, especially if we know that Al Qaeda has insinuated itself into the rebel force.Dennis talks to Nadia Al-Sakkaf, editor of the Yemen Times, and Felice Friedson, the editor of the The Media Line, a Middle East News agency about the turmoil in Yemen specifically and the Mideast generally.
Prager H2: Dennis continues his conversation with Nadia Al-Sakkaf and Felice Friedson from Hour 1 and then analyzes what it means in light of contemporary Islamic thought.
Prager H3: The unions want to reverse the new Wisconsin law restricting their bargaining rights in the courts. If they have to defame a judge to get what they want, so be it. The President gave a major energy speech. He wants to reduce our dependence on foreign energy. So, why doesn’t he push more oil development in the US?… A killer whale who killed one of his trainers returns to Sea World in Orlando. And the audience cheered the whale.
Prager H1: The President wants us to cut our dependence on foreign oil by a third in 10 years. He thinks it’s great if Brazil drills for oil, but not the US. Does this make sense to anyone?… If everybody got the exact same education would incomes be equal? That’s the liberal view. But there’s no evidence that this would be true. Character and commitment to hard work are much more determinative.
