But Stevens’ arguments, for all the certainty with which he makes them, are also unconvincing. The Left and Right live in different worlds on this issue. BBC Radio plans a full day of uninterrupted reading of the King James Bible to celebrate the 400th year of its publication. Naturally, the secular crowd is very upset.
