Prager H1: Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in the slam for violating the terms of her drunk driving parole. Her mother is outraged. Dennis is outraged the sentence wasn’t longer. There are real consequences to heaping kids with unmerited praise. Among the biggest is that they can’t deal with failure.Dennis has been talking about this story for the past year or more. But soon it will be a reality – we won’t be able to buy “regular” light bulbs. Teachers have been given new power in the UK. A positive blip or are we seeing the pendulum swinging back in our direction?

Prager H3: A former prosecutor accuses the Obama Justice Department of dropping a clear voter intimidation case from Philadelphia. The intimidator in this instance was a member of the New Black Panthers. Can you imagine if you this were reversed and the intimidator was white? Dennis talks to John Fund of the Wall Street Journal about this brewing scandal. The administration joins forces with the ACLU to sue Arizona. The topper is that the government is suing Arizona over who has the authority to enforce immigration laws. What about racial profiling? That’s what liberals have been screaming about for months.President Obama has used his recess appointment power to name another Harvard professor, a lover of single payer health care, to head up Medicare and Medicaid.
Prager H1: Dennis returns to the microphone following a couple days off, the consequence of his second surgery to fix a stubborn back problem. The Lockerbie bomber was supposed to die within three months of his release from a Scottish jail. He’s still alive. Several major European and Australian leaders who have made a big deal about Global Warming have been tossed out of office in the last six months.
Prager H2: The new head of NASA says his primary task is reaching out to the Muslim world. Dennis talks to Adam Bellow, vice president/executive editor at Harper-Collins.
