Prager H3: What’s Your Line, Part 3?

Prager H3: Dennis continues to interview callers about their professions. A juke box repairer, maker of dental retainers, mobile dog groomer, Congressman David Dreier, and air traffic controller talk about their professions.

Prager H1: President to Address Students

Prager H1: A lot of conservatives are upset about this. They are overreacting. First of all, there’s nothing inherently wrong with the President speaking to students. Second, one should wait until after the President’s gives the speech before criticizing it. Nobody does earmarks like John Murtha. His district has an airport that no one flies into. A man in Sweden wants to make breast milk so that he can bond with his new baby.

Prager H2: Happiness Hour: The Happy/Unhappy Childhood

Prager H2: Does a happy childhood make for a happy adulthood? Does an unhappy childhood make for an unhappy adulthood? Or is there little or no relationship between happiness and a happy childhood?

Prager H3: Open Lines

Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: Do you think the gay rights activists mistake skin color for sexual acts; call from China about the ten commandments; what would you trade for the fair tax; I love Dennis but, isn’t he a little sexist; how can you believe in a God that you cannot prove exists. Best of Prager Show Hour. Originally broadcast on April 17, 2009.

Prager H3: The Rise of Iran

Prager H3: Dennis talks to Dore Gore, former Israeli ambassador to the UN and now president of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. His new book is The Rise of Nuclear Iran.

Prager H1: I Pledge

Prager H1: Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and their Hollywood pals made a video pledging themselves to, among other causes, Barack Obama. Dennis deconstructs the video (which was inexplicably shown to elementary schools students in Salt Lake City) and explains what it’s really about.

Prager H2: Students Digging Themselves into Deep Hole

Prager H2: Of student loans. And the hole is getting deeper every year. And guess who the enabler is? That’s right, the federal government. By making loans so easy to obtain, the government makes it easy for colleges to raise tuition. Steny Hoyer, the House Majority Leader, says he won’t vote for ObamaCare if it’s not paid for. He says the Democrats will squeeze efficiencies out of Medicare. But isn’t Medicare efficient now? That’s the Democrats claim, right?.. Linda Sanchez, Democratic congressperson, blames the Southern California fires on global warming. The U.S. continues to pressure Honduras to restore would-be dictator, Mel Zelaya

Prager H1: Gay Ice Cream

Prager H1: Dennis predicted a couple of weeks ago that Ben and Jerry’s would come out with a “gay” ice cream. And now it has come true. Dennis talks to Jeff Stier, associate director of the American Council on Science and Health, about Big Pharma, lead in toys and e-cigarettes.
