Now labeled as a domestic threat by the leaders of the same country he loves, he has a story to tell about the truth of that day, and wants the American people to know it. Jon did not enter the building or damage any property, but was charged with assault of a police officer in defense of a woman whose name we would come to know–Rosanne Boyland.

He has been held in pre-trial detention since his February 17th arrest, much of that time spent in 23-hour solitary confinement. When his two-time Purple Heart awarded, two-time combat veteran father died in May, he was denied an emergency release request to attend the funeral to grieve with his family.
