There’s a California ballot measure that proposes to ban the death penalty for that immoral reason.

Prager H3: The Left accuses the Right of being in the grip of dogma. Somehow this is bad. But the Left has as many or more dogmas as the Right. Everyone holds dogma. The issue is whether the dogma is good or bad.

Does this sort of thing appeal to anybody?… Obama’s electoral “lead” is based on three failing states, California, New York and Illinois, run by Democrats.
