Prager H3: On the eve of the Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish Year, Dennis addresses a subject that is at the heart of the holiday – forgiveness. Callers weigh in.
Prager H2: It’s very hard to do. Yesterday he denied Israel’s history in the Middle East. Does he believe his own lies?… France bans the use of the words “mother” and “father” from official documents. Now that they have same sex marriage, the government consider the words politically incorrect… Dennis talks to Michael Leven, President of The Las Vegas Sands Corp. Business leaders are reluctant to speak out against the government. If they do, they risk investigations, sanctions and other forms of intimidation. This trend has grown much worse during the last three years.
Prager H1: The President famously promised to transform America five days before the last election. If he wins a second term, he may succeed. Romney and Ryan should hammer that theme. We don’t want America transformed.
Prager H3: Dennis plays a clip from Jimmy Kimmel’s Emmy monologue last night. At least he acknowledged that it’s tough to be a Republican in Hollywood… What if we had a Republican President and suffered through this economy and these setbacks in the Middle East? What storylines would the press be pushing then?… Despite the tide of “bad news,” Romney supporters have reason for cautious optimism.
Prager H2: Dennis talks to Bill Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard, about the state of the election… The President and Mitt Romney were on “60 Minutes” last night. The way each talked about Israel was very instructive.
Prager H1: When did this early voting fad start? We have made it too easy to vote. But ask for an ID, as every country does in Europe, and you’re advocating “Voter Suppression.”… Our quick exit from Iraq has been devastating both to that country and to our interests there and the Middle East. Have we once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory?
Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: what would Dennis say if he meet Jesus in heaven; can you support a company whose largest shareholder supports causes you don’t approve of; why don’t Muslims appreciate America.
Prager H2: It’s very difficult to be happy living with a Drama King or Queen. It is also hard to be happy if you are one. Can the King or Queen change?
Prager H1: Mitt Romney’s campaign is struggling. But there is a way out. He just has to articulate with clarity and passion that we are at risk of becoming Europe West. The values the President and the Left push for are not American values. They are European values… Did Chick Fil A cave to gay activists to get Chicago franchises. That’s how it looks now… Obama’s Muslim Mideast policy is in shambles. Can you imagine what the media would be saying about GW’s foreign policy if these protests had happened during his term?
Prager H3: Dennis talks to investigative journalist, John Solomon. He’s new book is DSK: The Scandal That Brought Down Dominique Strauss-Kahn… Dennis also talk to Peter Ferrara, columnist for Forbes, about QE3, the latest effort by the Fed to pump up the economy.
Prager H2: A pregnant Swedish woman base jumped to her death last week when her parachute failed to open. That she went base jumping while four months pregnant is questionable to say the least. But the most telling part of this story is her pre-jump statement that she was bored by “real life.” … Why can you mock any religion, except Islam? “The Book of Mormon” won multiple Tony Awards. Seen any Mormon riots?
