Prager 20150406 – 2 Strict Scrutiny
Prager H2: Dennis talks to John Eastman, Professor of Law at Chapman University, about the Indiana Religious Freedom controversy. Together, they attempt to clarify this important issue.

Prager H1: According to CBS News, Iranians shout “Death to America” more out of habit than conviction. How does CBS know?… What value is there in typical college Gender Studies department? It’s a Leftist propaganda mill… Iran and US don’t have the same interpretation of the nuke deal. How does that work?
Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: is homosexuality a choice; is it problem to marry a man who Is past 35, but has never been married; how do you square reason and belief.
Prager H2: You determine how people see you. This is one of the most important lessons you can learn, and one that will have a big impact on your happiness.
Prager H1: Iran got its deal. Sanctions gone. Nuke infrastructure intact. No wonder the Iranians are delirious… Has anyone considered that we’ve been negotiating with Iran as if they were a super power? Even The Washington Post thinks the deal falls short. So do liberal Israeli politicians.
Prager H3: The EU and the Foreign Minister of Iran announce a preliminary nuke deal in Lausanne, Switzerland… 70 plus Kenyan college students have been slaughtered by the Al-Shabab terror group… Dennis comments on nuke agreement.
Prager H2: A pizza place in Indiana whose owners stated that they would not cater a gay wedding (they would happily serve anyone, but they just won’t take part in a same sex wedding) closes down. They’ve been assaulted on social media and threatened with death… A preliminary deal with Iran is announced.
Prager H1: Was the mass-murdering GermanWings co-pilot a victim, too? Does his “disease,” his depression, explain why he flew his plane into the side of a mountain? Should we feel sorry for him? That’s what a Stanford professor believes. Dennis deconstructs.
Prager H3: The Left wants to coerce people to participate in events which they religiously object to. You will be fined or sent to jail, if you don’t bake a cake for a same sex wedding. Why does this not extend to clergy who refuse to perform a same sex wedding?… How much are we conceding to Iran in the pending nuke deal?… Do people who review tech items ever consider what consumers really care about?
