Prager H1: Dennis opens with reading a page from Still the Best Hope, making the connection between the Gabriel Giffords shooting and the current shootings of cops. After Giffords was shot, the left blamed the right for their rhetoric, which “resulted” in her shooting, even though it was false. Now, when police are being gunned down for the rhetoric the left has been using since Ferguson, they still blame the right. The lefts hatred is immeasurable to the rights. Dennis takes calls on a range of topics.
Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda for the hour. Issues raised include: is Prager University sponsoring a 10 Commandments essay contest; what’s the best way to learn.
Prager H2: There’s a mountain of studies now that suggest that people who have religion in their lives have a greater sense of well-being. Do these studies also comport with experience? Callers weigh in.
Prager H1: The New York Times wants the Administration to take the N Korean hacking case to the Security Council. Prager H3: Dennis muses about Christmas decorations versus Halloween decorations… China has destroyed Tibetan culture, but no one cares… Michelle Obama sees racism when a woman asks her to take something off the shelf at Target.
Prager H2: he Pope played a big role in getting the President to establish full diplomatic relations with Cuba. Makes sense, he’s politically on the Left… Dennis talks to John McAdams, a Professor of Political Science at Marquette University. The professor’s free speech rights have been severely curtailed. His sin: he noted how class debate on the topic of same sex marriage is now beyond the pale.
