Prager H1: Ultimately, our problems – political and economic – stem from a breakdown of values… A murderer blames his crime on the college education that taught him to hate white people… A “legal” drug called “Spice” is being widely used by teens and has terrible consequences… The Left’s first economic priority is equality, not growth.
Prager H3: Dennis talks to California Assembly Tim Donnelly. The assemblyman wants allow teachers to get fire arms training. His opponents on the other side of the aisle have dismissed the idea as absurd… Sweden is becoming much more free market oriented while we’re becoming “more like Sweden.” But Sweden isn’t Sweden anymore… Venezuela, rich in oil, now has bread lines. Socialism works its magic once again.
Prager H2: Halftime at Super Bowl has become a cultural marker. That’s not a happy thought… A seminar was held in the Defense Department to advise women how they could look better. This was greeted with horror by the PC crowd, sadly, including within the military…
Prager H1: The football game might have been exciting, but the half time show was depressing. We’ve gone from marching bands to sex-drenched pop extravaganzas. This is what you want your want kids to watch?… Dennis talks to famed actor/director, Jason Alexander. He’s directing a new play in Los Angeles. Dennis is going to make a guest appearance in the play this week.
Prager H3: Dennis and Allen open the hour with a honey update, a dialogue about their honey adventure in Ecuador a few weeks ago… Then, open lines. Issues raised include: should you raise your child with the same rules you raise your pets; should women be in combat.
Prager H2: Dennis returns to one of his foundational happiness themes. Forty-five minutes after the hour a man thanks Dennis for stopping him for taking his life. It happened years ago. And now, near the end of his life, he wants to acknowledge the debt.
Prager H1: The media admits that Defense Department nominee Chuck Hagel didn’t have a good day yesterday at his Senate Confirmation hearings. But was it a “bad day” or is Hagel is poorly qualified for the job? Or, to put it another way, why did the President nominate him?
Prager H3: Dennis talks to Adam Carolla, comedian and podcaster extraordinaire… Republicans in California propose that teachers be offered gun training. Democrats, who dominate the state legislature, ridicule the idea.
