Prager H1: A Kentucky clerk goes to jail because she won’t certify a same-sex marriage. Let’s concede that she has to abide by a law, but then what do you say about Kamala Harris, Attorney General of CA, or Eric Holder, Attorney General of the US, and other Democrats who also refused to follow laws they did not agree with? Did anybody suggest that they should go to jail?… Donald Trump signs a pledge not to run as a third party candidate.
